Fill the "Email" and "Confirm Email" on the boxes to the right and press "Start" to start the registration process.
Please submit a separate registration for each family.
You would need check number from your bank check book during registration.
If you are planning to send check using online banking or Zelle, you can enter 9999 for check number.
Please send printout of the completed form along with your check to Sister Prity Bhatt. Further instructions regarding this will be available at the end of your registration process and also on the confirmation email that will be sent to you (please check your bulk email folder in case you don't receive the confirmation email. You may also add our email id retreat.registration@sairegion2usa.org in your safe-senders list to avoid this) .
Registration is not complete until payment has been received.
We encourage you to register as soon as possible. Over night accommodation at the camp is limited and fills up fast. Even if you are not fully decided about attending the retreat, it is still better to register at the earliest. You will receive a full refund if you would like to cancel later.
All requests for cancellations must be received no later than May 18th, 2022 to get a refund.
Devotees who are planning to come just for a day should also pre-register. Early registration of devotees coming to the retreat is critical to the planning process.
Since the early-registration deadline is passed, there is an additional fee of $5.00 per person for website/on-site registration.
